There's a park in Hubbard with an awesome Water Fountain. I took the kids for a picnic on one of those hot days we just had and they had a blast. Malachi especially, he kept running around and around saying, "Oh no! Baby wet!!!"
Really rustic, eh? Well, Costco's Food Court housed nary a spare table so we moved our party to the great outdoors. Malachi thought it was great that we were eating Pizza in the 'grass'. Nice face, Mark.
A good friend tied the knot this weekend and I had my pink part in the whole shindig.
The wedding went beautifully....the only major catastrophe happened when the bride's jewlery turned up hopelessly lost....After a half hour of frantic searching we were able to procure an acceptable substitute. She ended up with "something borrowed" after all!
Yes, I'm the 5th Kercher child. Like mom, I sew excessively, enjoy people, and collect houseplants. Like Dad, I devour old, dusty doctrine books, am addicted to learning how things work, and crack jokes now and then. I spend as much time as I can with my family, my sewing machine, in small coffee shops, and being inspired by local art.
